Land should have:

- easy access
- gentle slope
- north facing slope
- no frost pockets
- You need to do:
- planting
- kind of tree depends on
- site
- market
- insect and disease
resistance
- brush and weed control
- mowing underneath trees
- shearing
- fertilize and lime
- marketing
- Cut your own
- need liability insurance
- need location close to
consumers
- harvesting
- cool storage once cut
